How do High 5 Service Requesters award jobs?

Service Requesters summit project work orders and then receive requests from all interested providers. Requestors then evaluate each request based on info submitted and the provider profile. Awarding of the project is completely up to the Requesters discretion. It’s important that the provider build a good rating and have a complete profile including certifications, training, experience, and references.

How and when do we get paid?

Each project will include payment details. When the project is completed, High 5 Service can be used to send an invoice to the requestor.

How do know we will get paid?

This is a B2B service and you should always evaluate any relationship with the same scrutiny you would in any other business deal, however High 5 has made it easier to do this.

Why have a rating system?

Our rating system provides a vehicle to learn about or comment on High 5 Service members. This allows service providers to earn top ratings by consistently providing quality service. The rating system also allows providers a way to comment on the companies requesting work including: how complete the project description was, how easy they are to work with, and how fast they pay. Requesters want to keep their ratings high so that the can find and hire quality providers.

Why is this service Free?

High 5 Service is an offshoot of High 5 Software (www.high5software.com) and was developed to help connect our customers with service providers looking for more work.   Since then this concept has grown as the benefit of such a service has become clear.
